In the year 2000 a group of youngsters from various walk of life formed a non-profitable organization named as Animal & Environment Care Organization (AENCO) with a goal to serve the charitable cause of Animal Welfare & Environment Protection cause.

AENCO is a charitable organization dedicated to promoting and advancing the principles and knowledge of quality assurance essential to human, animal and environmental health.

Goals:

Through developing collaborative relationships with other charitable organizations, animal welfare groups, environmentalists, Educational institutions, residents, professional organizations, media, as well as local government, we will reach our ultimate goals of:

	Education - To disseminate knowledge about human-animal relationships & environment protection via educational programming.
	Research - To stimulate and promote scientific study of human-animal relationships and environments.
	Service - To serve as a community resource for all matters involving human-animal relationships, and participating in the regulatory processes related to human, animal and environmental health.

Objectives:

	To promote humane treatment of animals that reflects contemporary values and scientific knowledge.
	To educate the community with regard to the humane treatment of animals and to sustain an intelligent public opinion regarding animal welfare.
	Advocating the adoption and rehabilitation of stray animals, and promoting responsible 'pet ownership'. To operate facilities for the care and protection of animals.
	To propagate the importance of Environment Protection amongst public through educational programme.
